You will be working in our office in Carnaxide, Portugal, where we have a team of 40 #amazing #people, working in areas such as Software Development, Account Management, Logistics, Marketing, and Administration, among others.

The Job
You will join a cross-functional team and your role is to be responsible for reviewing new developments and improvements implemented by the development team. You are also responsible for a 2nd line of technical support to Frotcom Certified Partners (FCPs) for issues classified as bugs by 1st line of support. And you will report bugs and manage them until they are corrected.
So, what will you be doing as a QA Tester?
• Review software requirements;
• Specify acceptance tests and define test cases;
• Prepare automatic tests to user interface and API components;
• Execute manual tests;
• Report errors and follow their correction;
• Analyze issues reported to Frotcom Support Team and classify accordingly.

Requirements
Wondering what skills are needed? Here they are:
• Experience in web and mobile application testing;
• Experience in API testing (SOAP UI, Postman, Others);
• Experience in reporting tools (JIRA preferred);
• Experience in test automation tools (QTP/Testcomplete/TestStudio);
• Experience in Agile processes (Scrum).
• Verbal and written English comprehension.
Other valued skills
• Knowledge of C#.
• Knowledge of SQL.
• Knowledge of Selenium / Cypress.
Teamwork, good attention to detail, critical thinking, a knack for problem-solving, good communication skills, and a passion for quality software.
The QA Tester must have a Computer Science, Engineering or a related field and 2+ years of experience.
Experience with test automation and continuous integration techniques, in line with agile processes.
