Frotcom Cyprus is looking for a candidate to fill the position of Accounting Officer for a full-time basis.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Generate weekly and monthly invoices;
- Issue receipts for all receivables;
- Control credit and chase debt;
- Check invoices for inaccuracies;
- Reconcile daily/monthly financial accounts;
- Management of Petty Cash;
- Prepares Payroll, Social Insurance and Taxes;
- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers and clients;
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years proven experience as an Accounting Officer or relevant role;
- University Degree in Accounting or related field;
- Good knowledge of legal and tax requirements;
- Fluency in English and Greek, both oral and writing;
- Proficiency in MS Office and fast learner of accounting software;
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Self-motivated & results-oriented;
- Analytical mindset & critical thinker;
- The ability to work under pressure;
- Excellent time management skills & multitasker;
- Self-initiative, strong & enthusiastic personality.
