Frotcom Cyprus is looking for a candidate to fill the position of Office Administrator for a full-time basis.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Manage phone calls and correspondence;
- Update database or records with new information ad hoc;
- Transfer data from paper format into computer files using optical scanners;
- Create spreadsheets with large number of figures without mistakes;
- Assistance to the accounting department – mostly accounts receivable;
- Work with the company’s CRM or leads, contacts and related data;
- Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages;
- Cater for internal meetings;
- Maintain a trusting relationship with suppliers and clients.
Cerințe
- Minimum 5 years proven experience as an Office Administrator or relevant role;
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
- Basic knowledge of Accounting (Higher);
- Ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately;
- Strong attention to details;
- Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage;
- Knowledge of Customer Relation Management (CRM) software will be an advantage;
- Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language is a must.
