1. ROUTE PLANNING AND MONITORING
You assign all your drivers the tasks of the day. Now is the time to make sure their implementation follows your plan. Do your drivers follow the assigned routes and do your customers receive their goods and services on time? Wondering how it is possible to have the correct information about this?
Thanks to Frotcom's Route Planning and Monitoring module, you can send your chosen routes to each driver and have information to monitor their performance and predict future events. This will help you make the right decisions for managing your fleet.
The module is designed to serve as a powerful tool for creating and controlling the routes your vehicles travel on. With it, you will immediately notice a car that does not follow the pre-set and approved route by you. You will also know how far the vehicle is from the destination and when it is expected to arrive there. You can even program Frotcom to notify your customers a few minutes – or kilometers – before your vehicle arrives at them.

2. FROTCOM DRIVER APP
Drivers are one of the most important elements for a company to be successful. And to keep your good leads, you need to engage them more with your business.

Frotcom Driver allows each of your drivers to see exactly the same information you see in the office - about which roads they've driven, kilometers traveled for each trip, fuel consumption and their driving style rating. 2. FUEL MANAGEMENT REPORT
Frotcom's Fuel Management report gives you information on the development of key fuel indicators and operations of one or more vehicles in your fleet.
The information you receive includes the fuel level in the tank at the beginning and end of the period, detection of filling and draining of the vehicle's tank, the expected total consumption and the average consumption of the vehicle.
In order to be as useful and understandable as possible, the report can be displayed in the system in two ways - detailed and summarized, according to your needs.
