Frotcom Macedonia: working closely with business clients

Frotcom customers will enjoy an enhanced level of service at the new Frotcom Macedonia facilities in Veles.

Frotcom Macedonia has moved into new facilities beside European route E 75. Route E 75 is part of the International E-road network and is used heavily for road transportation. The route connects Finland to Greece and runs south through Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Serbia, and Macedonia.

The new office is located over an area of 11,000m2 and covers three floors, bringing together everything the company needs to receive Frotcom customers.

According to Dragan Kostovski, Managing Director of Frotcom Macedonia, “We’re moving to increase productivity and offer a better service to our customers, where we can respond to their needs faster. It often happens that our clients (from heavy to light vehicles) pass the city and want some billable services (data cables, Garmin navigation or device installation), but we’re not able to help them immediately as our two technicians are already out installing devices. We will have extra technicians on call at the warehouse, so customers can come to us and make use of a variety of services that I’m sure will be of great value to them.”

As well as offering a warehouse for trucks to install Frotcom, there will be 18 parking spaces - where drivers can rest - an automatic washing machine for trucks and buses, hydrogen-carbon cleaning, steam washing and mechanics available for every vehicle.
