We are looking for a Technical Team Coordinator to lead and optimize the management of our technical team, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality service for our clients.
This role is key to ensuring proper operational execution and effective follow-up of field activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise the technical team, ensuring assigned tasks are completed.
- Plan and oversee daily operations, including installations, maintenance, and technical support.
- Manage client relationships, providing timely support and effective solutions.
- Monitor performance indicators and generate management reports.
- Ensure proper use of operational tracking and management tools.
- Identify opportunities to improve in technical and operational processes.
Requisiti
- Technical degree or professional degree in engineering or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience leading technical teams.
- Experience in operational coordination and customer service.
- Experience with B2B clients (preferred).
- Proficiency in management and tracking tools.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
