Frotcom hosted its 5th Annual Fleet Management Convention in Botswana, focusing on innovation, regulation, skills, and collaboration in fleet management.

From May 21 to 23, 2025, Frotcom held its fifth edition of the Annual Fleet Management Convention at the Mokolodi Nature Reserve in Botswana. Centered around the theme “Fleet Management Ecosystem,” the event brought together fleet professionals, regulatory experts, and technology providers to explore the evolving role of innovation, collaboration, and workforce transformation in fleet management.

This year’s edition offered a comprehensive overview of the industry's most pressing topics, including emerging technological trends, regulatory developments, skills development, and workforce transformation. Participants shared best practices for efficient fleet management and gained insights into how to comply with increasingly complex legal frameworks. Moreover, the convention reinforced the importance of collaboration and networking to drive sustainable growth across the industry.

Keynote speakers and expert panels highlighted how data and automation are transforming fleet decision-making, improving resilience, and maximizing operational efficiency. Additionally, attendees had the opportunity to engage in meaningful discussions and network with peers, building stronger connections within the regional and continental fleet ecosystem.
