Frotcom Angola is looking for a Client Support – Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Luanda. If you have a passion for technology, like solving problems, and want to work with a system present in 40+ countries, this job could be for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to Frotcom system users
- Diagnose and resolve problems related to software, hardware and accessories
- Register and track tickets and requests via email and telephone
- Work closely with internal teams for quality and development

- Bachelor's degree and minimum experience of 2 years in similar roles
- Excellent computer skills (Office, Google Sheets, etc.)
- Knowledge of GPS, TCP/IP, basic electronics
- Capacity for analysis, organization and communication
- Fluent in English (preferred)
