When you configure alarms for a route, you have an option to be alerted immediately if the vehicle is late departing, or for arrival:
You just need to select Alert Immediately, and instead of receiving a notification when the vehicle departs/arrives, you will be informed immediately if Frotcom detects it is late for either activity.
