You will be working in our office in Carnaxide, Portugal, where we have a team of 40 #amazing #people, working in areas such as Software Development, Account Management, Logistics, Marketing and Administration, among others.

The Job
You will be responsible for building and maintaining good relationships with its assigned Partners of Frotcom's worldwide network of Certified Partners, supporting their business development efforts in their countries/markets, helping them win and retain customers, responding to marketing and sales inquiries, and addressing their concerns. You will also be responsible for achieving sales and profitability objectives in its assigned Partners. You will report to the Channel Manager.
Requirements
To perform this job successfully you must be able to execute the following tasks:
- Build productive and profitable working relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts;
- Develop business in assigned partners' countries/markets, helping them win and retain customers;
- Collaborate with partners to develop and execute go-to-market plans;
- Act as a pre-sales resource to partners' sales representatives;
- Work with partners in pipeline review and management activities;
- Coordinate with partners to prioritize, plan and manage business activities;
- Address partner concerns and queries promptly and ensure partner satisfaction;
- Educate Partners on product features or additional services to meet their needs;
- Drive and maintain awareness of products within partner sales teams;
- Drive adoption of company programs among assigned Partners;
- With the support of a Product Specialist, deliver in-person and web-based product and sales training sessions to Partners when needed;
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume in assigned partner accounts;
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop business strategies for lead generation;
- Participate in business reviews and revenue forecasting activities.
Skills:
- Demonstrated ability in business-to-business (B2B) sales;
- Exceptional communication and listening skills – both verbal and written;
- Excellent computer skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Sharp problem-solving and decision-making skills;
- Previous interaction with Telematics systems and fleet management products/services is a strong plus.

- Dynamic, hands-on self-starter with a proven commercial edge;
- Team player who motivates and excites others;
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks;
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and energetic.
Other valued skills
- Degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred ;
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role (SaaS background preferred).
