We are looking for a qualified SaaS Sales Administrator to join our sales team on a full-time basis to start in August 2023. The candidate needs to demonstrate in-depth understanding of sales performance metrics and provide excellent administrative support to ensure sales targets are met.

SaaS Sales Administrator’s Responsibilities:
In this position, you will answer incoming calls and manage sales inquiries, keep sales department records, and file contracts. Your duties will also include maintaining the Leads database, through online research or other sources, cold calls to identify new opportunities, and scheduling appointments.
- Contacting Leads by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information
- Maintaining the accuracy of data of Leads, Clients, and contacts
- Acquiring/generating qualified business leads by cold calling; engaging with and developing prospects to be closed by the Sales team
- Preparing quotations based on Leads requirements
- Following up on quotations and receiving the necessary documents when quotations are accepted
- Following internal procedures based on the sales cycle
- Maintaining and updating sales and accounts records
- Ensuring sales targets are met and report any deviation
- Staying up to date with new products and features
- Maintaining the E-Commerce sites with updated products, descriptions, prices and ,offers.
- Liaising with Marketing, Finance and ,Client Care Departments
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in sales support administration, or similar with a minimum of 3 years experience
- Cold Calls experience will be considered as an advantage
- In-depth understanding and adaptation of technology
- Experience in Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Familiarity with sales contracts and agreements
- Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in Greek and English, as well as client service skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proactive approach towards problem-solving.
