This month in "Did you know" we will tell you about two reports in the Frotcom system that would be useful to you and make your work easier.

The first report is Tachograph driving and working hours - this report is extremely useful, especially for your accounting, because it shows how much time each of your vehicles has spent on the territory of a given country. According to the requirements of the Mobility Package, it is necessary to calculate the wages of drivers based on the minimum insurance in each country. This way, your accounting department can easily calculate what remuneration is due for each of your drivers by knowing where they have been and how long they have spent there.

PS. Information in the report is taken from data obtained from the vehicle's tachograph, grouped by day and driver, and by day/night shift for the respective country.

The second report we will tell you about is "CANBus - Driver work states" - this report shows changes in the tachograph position. This report can be configured to provide different information depending on the needs of the company. One report gives 3 groups of different data, depending on how it was generated – by country, by vehicle/drivers, by monthly group (or day by day). Thus, the accounting department can see where each driver/vehicle has been and can calculate the driver's remuneration based on the information received from the tachograph for the selected period. This report can be viewed up to 31 days back in the Frotcom system.
