As fleet operations become more complex, managers need instant, reliable insights rather than lengthy reports. The Frotcom AI Assistant serves as an intelligent bridge between users and the Frotcom platform, delivering real-time operational data through natural-language conversations. 

By asking questions such as “Where is vehicle BA X00 X 001 right now?” or “What was my fleet’s fuel consumption last week?”, users receive immediate, accurate responses directly within Frotcom. 

Conversational Intelligence for Everyday Operations 

Powered by Conversational AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP), the AI Assistant understands multiple languages and maintains context between questions for a more natural dialogue. 

It provides information about: 

  • Fleet Telematic Data (mileage, fuel use, CO₂ emissions, idling, and more)

  • Official Help Center Guidance
  • Cross-Subject and Combined Questions
