OREYAFRICA implemented four core Frotcom modules that work together to deliver end-to-end operational control across its distribution network:

• Route Planning & Monitoring enables the company to define planned routes and compare actual vehicle movements against them in real time. This capability is especially critical for capillary distribution operations, where even small deviations can disrupt downstream delivery schedules.
• Fleet Alarms provide automated, proactive alerts for events such as route deviations, excessive speed, or unauthorized vehicle usage. Traffic controllers can act immediately, reinforcing operational discipline without waiting for post-trip reports.
• Driving Behavior Analysis delivers data-driven insight into driver performance, flagging harsh braking, sharp cornering, and other risky patterns. This continuous feedback loop supports a culture of safer driving, reducing both incident risk and vehicle wear.
• Fuel Management provides granular visibility into consumption patterns across the fleet, enabling OREY AFRICA to pinpoint inefficiencies and take corrective action before costs escalate. Combined with improved route adherence and safer driving, fuel management was a key contributor to the overall 13% reduction in fleet-related costs.
