1. HERE MAPS AND HOW THEY HELP DRIVERS

Different vehicle providers excel in certain areas. Understanding the importance of drivers having up-to-date information to continue their journey smoothly is a top priority for Frotcom.

To make the journey as easy as possible for drivers, Frotcom and Here work together and offer various benefits suitable for heavy goods vehicles, such as:

• Correct routing for trucks when drawing a preliminary route - you will no longer have to worry about whether the vehicle will end up in a section of the road that is forbidden for it. Thanks to Frotcom and Here maps, once the vehicle's route has been drawn, the vehicle will follow a path appropriate for its dimensions (unlike Google maps);
• Calculation of driving times and information on where drivers should take breaks, according to Regulation (EC) No. 561/2006;
• Display on the map the restrictions for heavy goods vehicles;
• Receive local speed alarms: you can set what the speed will be on the vehicle for certain sections and if it is higher than specified, get an alarm about it.

2. REPORT "ROAD LIST"

Convenience and efficient processes are Frotcom's specialty.

In this regard, we present to you a "Authorities format" report that you can generate from the Frotcom system. Thanks to it, travel documents can become a thing of the past. You can now quickly, easily and conveniently receive information on fuel consumption for each of your vehicles and send it to the accounting department.

The report is easy to use and saves not only time, but is also environmentally friendly - you save paper, while at the same time you get all the necessary information about the vehicles.

3. REAL TIME TRACKING

With Frotcom's real-time tracking (or 1-second tracking), vehicle GPS data is collected and provided to users in real-time as vehicles move. The information is processed in Frotcom's data center and sent to users' browsers, displaying only a few seconds later. It is also visualized on the maps and graphs in the Frotcom web interface.

The benefits of using real-time tracking are for both customers and fleet managers.

The real-time tracking mode is ideal for fleets traveling in cities or transporting valuable goods, where it is necessary to know the exact location of the vehicle, every second. For example, if you manage a fleet of taxis, you will always know which taxi is closest to a customer's pick-up point.

Fleets of emergency specialist vehicles can also benefit from the service. Using it, emergency vehicle managers can understand the remaining time until the vehicles reach the accident site or the hospital. They will know the exact moment when a vehicle enters an area or even where there is a traffic jam, which is an important factor affecting the arrival time.

Main features of real-time tracking:

• Get positions and speed from vehicles in real time (approximately once per second);
• You see the vehicle's path on the map with maximum accuracy;
• You see the positions of individual vehicles or the entire fleet in real time, with an auto-centering mode available for easier management;
• View speed graphs with extreme precision and change in real time;
• By connecting the advanced CANBus data module with the 1 second tracking, extract important parameters from your trucks in real time.
