Electronic logging device - US

Make sure your fleet complies with regulations.

Frotcom offers ELD based on Garmin’s best of breed devices: the fleet series. Frotcom’s ELD comes with other great tools such as Driver Vehicle Inspection Report (DVIR) and International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA). Optionally you can also use it to dispatch jobs to drivers and communicate with them, collect forms and navigate your drivers through the best routes.

1. Comply with ELD legislation

Drivers must have onboard devices capturing driving and resting time. The office also needs to keep track of these times to effectively manage the fleet.

Frotcom allows you to simplify the management of driving times within the new ELD and AOBRD regulated limits, making it easy to decide which driver can be assigned to new task without risking violations and the resulting fines.

2. DVIR and IFTA too

On top of ELD, Frotcom’s on-board device gives your drivers two other critical apps:

• The Driver Vehicle Inspection Report (DVIR) app simply walks drivers through the DVIR vehicle checklist to inspect tires, brakes, and other vehicle parts to be sure they are safe for taking the vehicle on the road.

• The International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA) app reports the fuel taxes paid according to IFTA regulations.

Extra services

Once you add Frotcom’s Workforce Management module, you have the solution you need to communicate with your drivers, dispatch jobs to the most appropriate drivers/vehicles/teams and keep you informed of their status throughout the day. Know more.

Frotcom allows you to simplify the management of driving times within the ELD regulated limits (HOS), making it easy to decide which driver can be assigned to a new task without risking violations and the resulting fines.
